The Optimus Welfare Trust – The Journey

The journey of The Optimus Welfare Trust, to show light and give new life began and registered in June 2009, with registered office in #29, 10th Cross, Kanaka Nagar, Bangalore, India, to render a selfless service to parentless, the old, Women, Widows, and destitute. We conducted various programs regarding Health, and Hygiene, child care, legal Aid, carrier Guidance, medical health check up.

Optimus Welfare Trust has never turned a blind eye over the destitute and orphans, and is now well established. This service organization to humane takes care of the basic three requirement guidance, counseling and education to all the weaker section of society.

Our History

A Non-Profit, Non Governmental organization started by a team of dedicated people was registered in June 2009, under Indian Trust Act 1882, with the sole objective to render benefits and services to the needy.

Aims and objectives of the trust

To organize Educational, Training and other development activities for the benefit and economical and social development and up bringing of the needy sections of the society.

To organize awareness generating programs on health, nutrition and against superstitious practices and other areas related/effecting women, orphan children, aged, physically disabled and downtrodden of sections of the society.

To run and maintain any medical care centers or clinics or day care centers or grant assistance to the needy and indigent persons to meet medical treatment.

To help the poor by providing assistance in the form of cash or in kind by way of distribution of books, uniforms for the poor students and provide ration, medicines, clothing and shelter to the indigent persons and to the persons suffering due to natural calamities.

To establish research and training centers for the furtherance of education/learning in various discipline of knowledge /branches, more specifically in science and technology.

To establish, maintain schools, colleges and social service centers, industrial training centers etc., for the benefits of the masses.

More Objectives

  • To publish, sell, distribute books periodicals, brochures and magazines and also to open and maintain libraries, reading rooms for the purpose of promotion of the objects set out in the trust.
  •  To establish institutions and training centers to impart training and technical know-how to enable the poor and needy people to get employment.
  •  To establish and run small scale industries and other institutions to provide employment opportunity to the poor and need people and also help and promote village industries and provide financial assistance to the needy artisans to enable them to make use of their talents so as to earn their livelihood.
  •  To establish and run manpower recruiting/placement agencies to channelize job opportunities available domestically and internationally and help the needy to get recruited to the suitable jobs.
  • To train the candidates who are aspiring to attend competitive examination such s IAS, IPS, IFS and KAS etc., to face written examination as well as interviews.
  • To include in the minds of students, the basic and necessary virtues such as unity, integrity, charity and co-operation and also sympathy towards poor, destitute, disable and needy sections of the society.
  • To arrange conventions, camps, conferences, seminars, meetings, study groups etc., to promote awareness among the people to meet the challenges of the life, periodically and regularly.
  •  To provide Organize, Promote, Maintain, Manage and Render the charitable and benevolent service and all other ancillary services to the poor, the needy, the sick, the distressed, the destitute, the old, the orphans, the homeless, the disabled, mentally retarded, the refugees and victims of civil disturbance plot, famine, earthquake, flood, fire, pertinence, epidemics and other natural calamities.
  •  To purchase, take on lease or in exchange or otherwise, acquire, any property, real, immovable and movable and any rights or privileges necessary for promotion of the objects of the trust. And to construct, alter, improve and maintain any buildings or erections or other property necessary for the work of the trust.
  •  To collect and spread the useful and worthy information much to do all such other acts, as ancillary, conducive to and necessary for the attainment of the above objectives.
  •  To arrange for the observance, execution and completion of the spiritual, temporal, religious and secular duties and obligations of the people of the locality.
  • To work for the implementation and betterment of cultural, moral, social, industrial and economical conditions of the people within the jurisdiction of the institutions.
